Quick Answers

We serve all 159 Georgia counties, providing free pallet pickup for accepted types/volumes and dock-to-dock freight hauling statewide. Our insured, DOT-compliant semi-trailers handle up to 80,000 lbs GVW. Proof of Delivery (POD) is available on request.

Freight Hauling

What freight do you haul and where?

We haul general dock-to-dock freight across Georgia with semi-trailers up to 80,000 lbs GVW. Common moves: palletized goods, warehouse transfers, replenishment runs, and backhaul lanes.

How are freight rates quoted?

Lane-based quotes consider origin/destination, weight, cube, appointment windows, and any accessorials. You’ll get a written rate before dispatch; POD available.

Do you offer scheduled lanes or multi-stop routes?

Yes. We plan recurring lanes and multi-stop routes within and across counties. Share all stops, quantities, and dock hours—we’ll optimize the route.

Any restrictions (hazmat, temp control, special equipment)?

No hazmat or temperature-controlled freight at this time. Standard dock height and forklift/dock preferred. Ground-level arrangements are possible by request.

Can you provide POD, photos, and BOLs?

Yes—photo POD, signed BOL, and timestamped confirmations available on request.

Free Pallet Pickup & Recycling

Is pallet pickup really free?
Yes—free pallet pickup applies to accepted pallet types and qualifying volumes in Georgia. Most free pickups are semi-load volumes or recurring accounts.
Which pallet sizes/styles are accepted?
We accept 40×48 four-way (GMA), 40×48 block, and 48×48 two-/four-way. Mixed stacks are fine; send a couple photos for quick confirmation.
What condition is required?
Generally reusable or recyclable condition (no hazardous contamination or severe structural failures). We’ll advise after reviewing your photos.
Minimum quantities?
Typical free-pickup minimums are ~1,200 pallets per trailer or scheduled recurring volume. Smaller lots can be combined on routes or quoted.
Do pallets need to be stacked/banded?
Stacking helps; we can stack on site when needed. Banding is optional—we secure loads for transit.
What happens after pickup?
Usable units are repaired and returned to circulation; scrap flows to recycling (wood recovery/mulch/energy) where appropriate.

Scheduling & Operations

How do I schedule?
Text or call 706-741-6987 with pallet type and count (or freight details), pickup address, and dock hours. We’ll confirm eligibility, quote if needed, and provide an ETA window.
How fast can you arrive?
Same-day is often possible for morning requests; otherwise next-day. County coverage depends on route density and appointment windows.
Do I need a forklift or dock?
Preferred for speed and safety. Ground-level pickups can be arranged by request—tell us your site setup.
Drop trailer programs?
Yes—drop trailer available for high-volume docks. Load at your pace; we swap on schedule.

Pricing & Quotes

What does “free pickup” include?
Dispatch, on-site loading, securement, hauling, and unloading for accepted pallets and qualifying volumes in Georgia. No hidden fees.
When would there be a charge?
Non-qualifying volumes, special handling, or long-distance exceptions may be quoted. Freight hauling is always quoted lane-by-lane.
Do you buy pallets?
Core service is free removal & recycling. Buyback considered case-by-case based on quality, volume, and lane demand.
